The Sephora sale is finally here — and yes, I’m that person who’s been waiting all year. If you’re wondering what to pick up, look no further: I’m sharing my tried-and-true Sephora favorites must haves that I can’t live without.
These are the ones I repurchase during every single sale — not sure what to get? Take a peek below and let’s shop smart together! Be sure to check out my widget of favorite products I created at the bottom of this blog post.

This post is all about Sephora Favorites Must Haves
First up on the list of my Sephora favorites must haves is my all-time holy grail product: The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil (click here to check it out). I cannot rave about this product enough! My 28-year-old daughter is also hooked on it; she’s repurchased it multiple times, and I’ve told all of my girlfriends about it, too.
I love this product for my 46-year-old skin because it gives the moisture my skin needs without feeling greasy. I apply it morning and night as a serum. Sometimes, when I’m too tired for my full skincare routine, this is the only thing I’ll apply.
It’s my go-to skincare product for everything except SPF. I use it as both serum and moisturizer. If you must get anything from the sale, get this! It’s also super affordable — you don’t even need to wait for the sale, really.
Next, the Dior Addict Lip Glow Balm 001 Pink (check it out here) should be purchased during the Sephora sale because it is pricey at $42. Yes, pricey for a lip balm, but I’m telling you — this will be the only lip product you need!
Not only does it hydrate your lips, but it also gives such a pretty color as it reacts to your pH. I’ve already gone through six tubes (all bought on sale, whether from Sephora or Macy’s). It may be expensive initially, but I really don’t buy any other lip products anymore.
Okay, this one is expensive. And it keeps getting more expensive: when I first started using it, it was $80. Now it’s $100! This is definitely a luxury item, but if you can purchase it during the sale, I say go for it. You won’t regret it. I love the Dior Capture Totale Intensive Essence Lotion (click here).
Upon applying this product to your face, you can tell it’s pure decadence for your skin. The scent is beautifully light and divine. The texture is a bit thicker than a standard essence lotion. I like to apply it with my hands, so I don’t waste any product.
My skin always feels so hydrated afterward, and I feel like this product also helps my skin glow. I also want to mention this product lasts relatively long for me — one bottle can last me until the next Sephora sale.
I just noticed the last two products I consider to be my Sephora favorites must haves are Dior. Honestly, I really do love these products and think the best time to purchase them is during a Sephora sale.
Next on my list of Sephora favorites must haves is my all-time beloved facial spray: the Caudalie Beauty Elixir Prep Set Glow Face Mist (view here). I will admit I stopped repurchasing this product last year when I wanted to scale back my beauty routine — this, and my eyebrow pencil, were the first to go.
However, every time I walked into my bathroom, I’d regret not having it to refresh my face. Whenever I did my makeup, I’d miss it for softening my makeup into a more natural, dewy finish.
I tried other brands like Mario Badescu and e.l.f., but they didn’t feel or make my skin look the same. This sale around, I’m purchasing it again — absolutely no regrets. Plus, I love the natural, refreshing scent.
Like I mentioned earlier, not only did I try to scale back my beauty routine and give up the facial mist, but I also ditched my eyebrow pencil: Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer (shop here).
I thought just using an eyebrow gel would be enough. But nope! On days I wanted to dress up a little nicer, I wanted my brows to be more defined than a gel alone could achieve.
I love the Benefit pencil because it’s the perfect color for my dark brown, almost black hair. Some eyebrow products are too dark, too red, or too light for me — not this one. I use shade 3.5 and it’s perfect for me and my daughters (we’re all tan with dark brown, almost black hair).
Since we’re on the topic of brows, I have finally found my Sephora favorites must haves eyebrow gel — and it’s actually a Sephora brand product (which means it’s 30% off right now!). It’s the Sephora Collection Tinted Volumizing Eyebrow Gel (click here). I really love this product. It took me years to find the perfect eyebrow gel.
I was looking for the perfect color, easy application, and definition. I needed a simple all-in-one because again, I was scaling back on my routine. This checked all the boxes — for a simple day or night out. I now realize I still want the Benefit pencil for fancier nights when I wear more makeup.
Last but not least, and staying with the eyes theme, is my all-time favorite: the Gucci L’Obscur Lengthening Mascara (purchase here). I LOVE this mascara.
It not only lengthens my lashes but thickens them without clumping. This is the best mascara that enhances your lashes without looking unnatural or overdone. It doesn’t smudge, so I feel confident without constantly checking the mirror — yet, it’s easy to remove.
